Mr. José Martínez García contacted us to share his testimony on how his own mother experienced an amazing recovery. Doctors determined her case was terminally ill and nothing more could be done for her. Yet, Mr. Martínez decided to put his knowledge as a naturist into practice, and changed completely his mother’s diet.

The question is, in which moment of the medical ‘revolution’ from last century did we lose the essence that our life, our health, depends on that we keep on connected to nature as well?

Testimony of Mr. José Martínez

«This active old woman is my mother, María García Meseguer. Next June 6th, 2014 she will became 100. It is a good age, even more in her perfect state —specially mentally—. But that’s not the most curious thing. The fact is that, when she was 60, she suffered from a very severe heart disease and doctors decided she was terminally ill. No surgical intervention was possible because of her serious health state.  

In front of such a bleak picture, my brothers —they, who had been so uncomprehending & aggressors with my new life as a naturist —, asked for my advice to see if anything could still be done for her. It surprised me very much that they had been able to rectify. During years, they had realized of the strength and health that yoga and exercise had given me. I had discovered all that through to my naturism & yoga masters. So, I decided to give my mother a strict vegan diet for 6 months, without any kind of drugs. In that period, she recovered completely as her cardiologist reported after some medical tests. 

So now my question is, why this kind of things are officially concealed? But, what it bothers me the most is watching how, when a pharmacist drug has any kind of succeed, they make it shine as the sun, while they systematically hide their multiple and serious failures.
