Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Minister of Defense in 1960s, ruled over the country’s armed forces during the time of the Cold War. When he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth.

According to Hellyer, at least four different species have been visiting our planet for thousands of years, although the issue has gone increasingly evident since the invention of the atomic bomb. The reason of this raising ET activity may be the concern about our nuclear capacity, should we could be stupid enough as to use these kind of weapons.

These alien observers are worried too about the environmental damage to Earth that we are causing. Despite the help and technology they could provide to us, the have a rule not to interfere unless they are invited to. Yet, this is a warning to mankind, since we’ve spent too much time, money & efforts fighting each other, and not enough caring for the poorest ones.

Paul Hellyer says that we are using today a lot of things we’ve got from alien technology, though they would share even more advanced technology with us if humans were not so war-thirsty.
